At Baby Goes Retro, we want you to shop with complete confidence. That’s why we offer free returns and a risk-free shopping experience. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll happily exchange or provide store credit within 30 days of purchase—no questions asked.
How It Works

Send us an email at info@babygoesretro.com.au to let us know you’d like to return or exchange an item. We’ll provide you with the return shipping address and any additional instructions. -
Prepare Your Item
Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and packaged in the original packaging. This helps us process your return quickly and ensures the item is ready for its next adventure. -
Send It Back
Send the item back to us. Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll process your exchange. For change of mind or wrong size purchased you will need to cover the cost of shipping the item to us, however we will send exchange items to you free of charge.

- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a store credit or exchange
